YOU GUYS - I LOVE the Starbucks protein boxes. They are so delicious, easy to eat on the go and super filling. I started to prep the ingredients for these on Sundays so I have them handy to throw on a plate (or you can pack them up in to-go boxes for the office). It takes a little prep work, but it's totally worth it for this healthy meal/snack.
"Starbucks" Protein Box
My version of the Starbuck's protein box
- 1 Egg hard boiled
- 1/2 Whole Wheat English Muffin toasted
- Grapes handful
- 1-2 slices Cheese your choice!
- 1/2 Apple
- Peanut Butter Drizzle
Hard boil the egg (I usually do this in batches of 6 on Sundays). Cover the egg with water in a pot and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover for 10 minutes before peeling.
Wash the grapes and wash/cut the apples (Again I usually prep a lot of this on Sundays and do it in batches)
Toast the english muffin
Slice the cheese of your choice
Assemble on a plate and drizzle the apples with peanut butter
