My Morning Smoothie

Green Smoothie

I am definitely a creature of habit. One might say I'm a bit Type A so I definitely like my routines. I go to bed around the same time every night, I wake up the same time every morning AND I always have my go-to morning smoothie. I definitely venture a way and try other smoothie flavors from time to time but when I'm making them at home this is my go-to recipe. Hope ya'll enjoy!

 

Green Smoothie with Kale, Spinach & Peanut Butter

Total Time 10 minutes
Servings 1

Ingredients

  • 1/2 or Whole Banana
  • 1 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 spoonful Peanut Butter or to taste
  • 1 handful Kale
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 scoop Whey or Any Protein Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or handheld blender and blend together until smooth! 

    Pro-Tip: When saving the other half of your avocado, save the half that has the pit in it - it'll help it stay fresher in your fridge
