As one of my favorite seasons comes to a close and I start prepping some winter recipes I wanted to share two of my favorites from this year.
Fall Couscous Salad
I love making this Couscous Salad every bite tastes like fall. There’s fennel, butternut squash, sage, basically all the perfect in-season ingredients. It also keeps very well if you want to make it ahead of time before Thanks/Friends-giving meal and it will impress everyone.
Another easy meal that can be made for multiple people is this Sauteed Leeks dish. It’s super easy and tastes delicious and is sure to be a crowd pleaser.
