Slow Cooker Root Beer Chicken Wings

December 21, 2015

My husband and I were lounging around on Sunday and got a serious hankering for some delicious wings. We normally would just head to a bar, get some buffalo wings, and enjoy some football, but I realized that I've never actually made wings before so I thought I'd take a crack at it. I must say that these ended up tasting AMAZING and we will definitely be making more wings at home moving forward with some different flavors. The slow cooker ensures that when you bite into the wing the meat just falls off the bone, but the brown sugar and final flash grill gives you that initial crunch.
